At Driftly, we aim for total atmosphere perfection. If your unit isn't performing as expected, please review our policy below.
### 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
### Return Conditions
To ensure health and hygiene standards:
• New Condition: Humidifiers must be in their original packaging, including all power adapters and manuals.
• Hygiene Note: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns for humidifiers that have been used with essential oils or show mineral buildup from hard water, unless the unit is functionally defective.
### Defective or Damaged Units
If your Driftly humidifier arrives damaged or fails to mist upon first use:
1. Email [support@driftly.com] with your order number.
2. Attach a photo or a 5-second video of the issue.
3. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a brand-new replacement immediately.
### Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
